Make the most of it
From your email, we can provide an estimation on how much your project will cost. This estimation is NOT a quote. However, in the interests of allowing you to make the most of your enquiry, we felt the need to write a little here to help you decide what information to include. While this estimation is not a quote, the more detail you provide the closer your estimation will be to the actual price. The trick is providing the right information.
First of all, if you are enquiring about a website, try and avoid focusing on how you want the site to look or what features you want and instead, focus on what you want the site to achieve. Remember, your going to be paying someone to design your site, it'd be a waste of your money if you then told them exactly how to do it.
If you have a definate budget or timescale, include it in your enquiry. If there's any aspect of your project that we can't meet and can't be negotiated, we will be up front and honest and tell you so. We'll also recommend some other companies that may be able to help.
